Harlan
D. Mitchell
Harlan is a native of Limestone County in
Alabama. He attended Athens State College
and graduated with a Bachelor of Science.
Harlan attended and graduated from the Birmingham
School of Law in 1996. While attending Birmingham
School of Law he was employed as a clerk for
and also worked with Beddow, Erben, and Bowen.
Harlan has operated several successful businesses
prior to attending the Birmingham School of
Law and was a Real Estate Agent licensed in
Alabama for eight (8) years, after graduating
from the Don Williams School of Real Estate.
Harlan is an active member of the Birmingham
Bar Association, Talladega County Bar Association,
Alabama State Bar Association, American Bar
Association, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association,
American Trial Lawyers Association, Real Property
and Probate Section of the American Bar Association
and Tort & Insurance Section of the American
State Bar Association.
Harlan previously served on the Greater Birmingham Criminal Defense Attorney Legislative Committee.
Harlan has been admitted to practice law in
the State of Alabama and the Northern District
Federal Court since 1996.

Gregory S. Graham
Greg is a native of Talladega County, Alabama.
He attended the University of Montevallo and
graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling
and Guidance in 1986. Greg has worked in an
outdoor wilderness camp for emotionally disturbed
children, and did child abuse investigation
with the Department of Family and Children
Services in the State of Georgia for four
(4) years.
Upon returning to Alabama he enrolled in the
Birmingham School of Law and began work with
his father's law practice in Childersburg,
Alabama. Greg graduated from the Birmingham
School of Law in 1996. He has been admitted
to practice law in the State of Alabama and
the Middle District and Northern District
Federal Court.
Greg is a member of the Talladega Bar Association
and the Alabama State Bar Association. He
currently assist with case from the Volunteer
Lawyers Program to assist client with legal
matters who have little or no means to pay
for theses service at no charge.
Greg is active in his church and serves on
the new Valley Intermediate School Board.
