& Graham, P.C. was established in 1997, in
Birmingham, Alabama. The firm merged with
an established law practice of eight years
in Childersburg, Alabama in 1999.
We sincerely believe there is a need for quality
legal services at fair prices in the legal
system today, giving all access to legal representation
of their legal needs. Our focus is to establish
ongoing and long term relationships with our
clients, who will not only expect this firm
to handle all their legal needs but will entrust
their family and friends to our care.
Mitchell & Graham, P.C. offers a wide area

may be able to gain assistance with a legal
matter through the attorneys they are already
comfortable with discussing their personal
